@volunteeringgem @itvcycling @Channel4 Completely agree. I’ve been watching the Tour since the 80s on Channel 4 with big Mig Indurain. It’s my favourite sporting event of the year. If it wasn’t free to air in the 80s, I wouldn’t have been able to watch it. And have loved the Boulting/ Miller years. @neverstraysfar

Am Faochagach - a pretty unremarkable hill but with all the mountains of the northwest highlands laid out on view. Suilven, the Beinn Dearg 4, An Teallach, Fisherfield, Slioch and the Fannichs. And ongoing fabulous weather!

The Mullardoch 12 - unfeasibly difficult. 37 miles, over 5000m of ascent, nearly 19 hours. Beautiful views but very glad I don’t ever have to do it again!
