Here's how I think about the journey from an employed person to a profitable personal brand — without quitting: 👇🏽👇🏽

Phase 3: The Monetization Phase (Months 9-18) This is where the personal brand starts to generate income. Speaking engagements. Consulting. Coaching. Ghostwriting clients. Digital products. Brand partnerships You're still at your 9-to-5 - but now you have OPTIONS- to stay/leave

Phase 2: The Visibility Phase (Months 3-9) This is where you start showing up. You post consistently. You engage with your community. You share your insights, your stories, your frameworks. You start to build an audience. People start to know your name.

Phase 1: The Foundation Phase (Months 1-3) This is where you get clear on Who you are? What you want to be known for? Who you are talking to? What problem you solve? What your voice is? You're not making money yet. You're not even posting consistently yet. You're building.
