My friends that collected Covid 19 loans from the federal government of Nigeria are all complaining as they are deducting the money from their accounts now😂😂😂😂😂. See them lamenting.

I'm currently at the hospital to see a friend of mine that was st@bbed by his girlfriend but I haven't been able to see him yet. As I was sitting with other people that came to visit people in the hospital,I heard a noise coming from one room. All I was hearing was thank you Jesus, thank you Jesus. God you are wonderful, father thank you,so I decided to ask what happened. I was told the man's wife just gave birth to twin babies after being married for 15 years with 7 miscarriages. The man has been patient with his wife and this is the hospital they have been using for 15 years. The man was rolling on the floor thanking God. It's really a great blessing,I'm happy their patience finally paid off. Such stories won't come out on social media,it's the marriages that fail that people will start talking about.

Body counts are important to some people and irrelevant to others. Everyone is entitled to their standards, as long as those standards are applied honestly. What matters more is consistency. If someone expects a low body count or values virginity in a partner, they should be willing to hold themselves to a similar standard instead of demanding what they don’t practice. At the same time, a person’s past can provide context, but it doesn’t always predict their future. Character, loyalty, honesty, emotional maturity, and shared values will have a far greater impact on a successful marriage than a number ever will.

Is virginity and body count important factors to consider before settling down? Why do some men focus more on their fiancée’s past?

Most people scroll past complaints. I stop and ask, “Is there a business hidden inside this problem?” That’s how I’ll be using this page for a while. Simple business ideas. Real-life observations. Lessons from books. Thoughts on building useful things. No motivational noise. No fake guru talk. Just #BuilderNotes 📒 If that’s your kind of content, you’re welcome to stay. GMGM. 😎

Backstory on how I started eating healthy meals and how I lost 26kg. After I gave birth to my second child in 2024 I gained so much weight because I exclusively breastfed him, none of my clothes fit anymore. I stopped going out. I stopped taking pictures. I didn't like my body anymore, and people who had known me before constantly body shamed me even if it was as a joke but it always get to me. One day, I decided I was going to lose the weight but I wanted to do it in a way I could maintain for life. I knew myself. I thought of Gym,I was always busy with work. That wasn't going to last. Early morning jogging? I'm not an early bird so it wasn’t possible I looked into intermittent fasting, but because I have an ulcer, I knew I couldn't do very long fasts. So I stuck to *14:10*and sometimes *16:8*, depending on how I felt. Then while researching I discovered calorie deficit. I read everything I could about it. I calculated that my body was burning about 2,500 calories a day, so I decided to eat meals totaling less than 1,500 calories daily. I also knew I needed a simple exercise that I could stay consistent with, so I downloaded three different step-counter apps and set my daily goal to 6,000 steps. That was how my journey officially started in January 2025. One thing I refused to do was rush myself. For more than 4 months,I hadn't even lost up to 2kg. My weight kept going up and down, but I stayed consistent. Around the 7-month mark, I had lost 15kg. From there, the weight kept dropping until I went from 96kg to 70kg. The funniest part? The same people who body-shamed me for being "too big" started saying I was now losing "too much weight." 😭 You really can't live your life trying to please people. I'm sharing this because someone out there might need the motivation. If you truly want to lose weight, you can. You don't have to do what everyone else is doing. Find a method that fits your lifestyle and one you can stick to. Today, eating healthy and counting steps are no longer things I force myself to do they're simply my lifestyle. Have you ever tried to lose weight ? Which method did you use?
