Signed by 7 members of Parliament in 1943: Henri Pharaon, Maroon Kanaan, Saeb Salam, Sabri Hamada, Rachid Baydoun, Saadi al-Munla, & Mohamed al -Fadel. Red for the patriotic martyrs, white for the pure snow on our mountains and green for the mighty cedars of Lebanon.
