アフリカが繁栄を遂げた時？
これまで諸外国がインフラ整備や多額の資金援助を行ったにも関わらず何一つ発展しなかっただろ。
発展しないどころか白人が残して行った文化も文明も維持すら出来ずに破壊ばかりして来たじゃねえかよ。
そんな連中が繁栄する時なんか来る訳がない。
そもそも自力で繁栄させられるならヨーロッパや日本に来るなよ。
