#EconBK24 on AI: Europe has missed the boat on developing that technology (e.g., much fewer supercomputers) but maybe that is ok, we only need to use it well (Europe is not a leader in chip production either).

#EconBK24 on labour markets. We all know what should be done (retire later if desirable, increase female participation) but the German federal set-up is so complex that incremental change is doomed.
