@esrtweet @billybinion I can vouch for that. USAID in my country (Kosovo) was just a means of exploiting the hard earned money of the US people. It was distributed to a small group of people (NGOs), who just wasted the money. They got paid 12k EUR a month, in a country in which the median pay is ~1k.
