Ticketmaster PH is cancelling orders that violate purchase limits (reportedly 2 tickets per account in some cases). This includes orders flagged for potential fraud, bot usage, payment issues, or other violations of Ticketmaster’s terms. Cancelled tickets are typically refunded to the original payment method (processing time depends on the bank/card issuer).
