@GungieTwitta That’s a L take man. Pros using skins don’t have the effect on market economy you think it does. Maybe shift in balances, if everyone started wearing nocts, I reckon their price would go up, but that’s because some other gloves went down. They don’t bring significant money in.

@foxsin_cs Helps the skin economy. For example when all the pros started using the hedge mazes in CS2 the value ripped like 4x.

@foxsin_cs There are people that will try to sell the skins after they get it back and up charge for the fact that a pro used it. To me it’s an insane concept but hey there’s plenty of people out there that are dumb enough to pay twice the items price just because a pro used it 🤷‍♂️

@Maruthebigboi Very few people win a major, less people use borrowed skins for it. Even then, the monetary increase is not substantial unless the right person comes along. All of this combined has a much lower chance than you simply losing your skins. Pros are also human and make mistakes.

@foxsin_cs The simple fact that a pro used YOUR skin to win a major . That same skin now have history behind it and fans who are willing and have the capital to buy such skins are what I believe encourages users to lend skins
