I said it before: From a technical level altcoins in general aren't in the worst spot right now. The state of altcoins is currently bad. No doubt about it. But the chance of a reversal here is much higher than weeks/months ago. BUT, despite the current level, any hope/prediction is meaningless here without confirmation. Support/key levels aren't absolute. They hold or they break all the time. If Q1 promises to be better, we'll need to see newfound retail interest (for alts). This won't be an easy feat after the moves of crypto lately (altseason ain't a magical button like some believe). But if there's any promise, we'll see it here. Just don't act in absolutes until we do.
