Blemishes on the bottom can be caused by a variety of reasons. I would need to see to be able to discern if this is "a problem" or not. ...I understand that this can be an invasion of privacy, but I promise I am far from perverse.

Put your hand on a stove, let it burn your hand. You keep it there because you start getting used to the sensation, and when you let go it almost seems impossible to heal from that, but i promise you can. The process might be slow but it’s all worth it, don’t let yourself burn.
