Unpopular opinion, but the best dosas in India arent from Bangalore (no offence to Benne dosas but it is what is is 🤷🏼♀️) Idli might still be up for debate, but Hyderabad wins this. Every single time ! That thin, crisp dosa, the ghee, that perfect caramelisation, the iconic upma topping… it just hits different. Nothing else in India comes close !!
