A sudden and noticeable jump between S21 and S22 but almost nothing between S22 and S26 because Samsung has been using very identical hardware for the last 4 years (and for a higher price) 😍

Rail that connects over 30 million people is a much better investment than trying to kill an entire country for Israel.
Should it have been managed better? Yes. But this isn't the first High Speed Rail to go over budget. All first time HSR projects go over budget the same way those huge highways did. The more that gets built, the more costs get reduced.
