Recently watched an interview of Shekhar Kapur where the interviewer talked about one of his movie and elaborated the thought behind it for some time in a hyper cinephile mood which left even SK confused as he said there was no such though process! Big story: No person who professes a religion other than Hinduism, Sikhism or Buddhism shall be a member of Scheduled caste. Conversion to any other religion results in loss of Scheduled caste status : Supreme Court. Basically, Dalit Christians can’t take advantage of SC protection.
