This has ALWAYS been my problem. When people talk about the SCPification of the Backrooms they're just complaining about it having monsters, but THIS is what I was talking about. The "levels" and the factions and the items and the gamification. It kills the fear of the unknown.

Backrooms is racist film. It’s technically brilliant, but racist. And it’s a shame during a time where Black studies is being eliminated on college campuses because I fear people are overlooking the obvious tropes and racist callbacks the film ridiculously displays.
