High-risk 91 year old patient with 80cc prostate, 2 months catheter-dependent was successfully treated with #iTind under local anaesthetic @Dr_Kaminetsky: Plavix discontinued and restarted after implantation. 12Fr Foley left in during implantation. Patient voiding successfully
