6-10am: peak testosterone, he needs to go to the gym, workout, solve problems. let him be king and lead
11am - 3pm: he's productive, social, metabolism is high. feed him steak. let him do creative work and then run some errands after
4-7pm: testosterone is dropping. a man's daily "period". no heavy emotional convresations. let him decompress and dont take it personally if he needs alone time
7-10pm: testosterone is back. he's relaxed. time for some affection, connection, deeper talks.
