Hi @harrow_council - always good to see your traffic wardens or CEOs out today (as usual, sigh...) - can you remind us all what exemption you're relying on to permit this to happen?
Hi @harrow_council Any comment on this piece which appeared in the tabloids this weekend? First not paying your road tax, then driving vehicles withhour number plates on cycle paths, and now this? Been quite a month for you lot, no?

@harrow_council Gosh, the other week you guys weren't taxing your road sweeper, now you're driving in cycle lanes and not showing a front number plate. Any more laws you think don't apply to you?
Good morning #Harrow 👋
We met John from our street cleansing team. Here he is treating weed that’s growing over this cycle lane to make it safe, tidy and clear.
Hi @harrow_council - great news on your electric roadsweeper (below), although not seen it for real yet! Has it been out and about in Harrow this week?
That is, after all, double what the NHS have been offered (and no disrespect, but I think they've been working harder than you lot in the last 12 months).
Hi @harrow_council - do you agree it's appropriate for the Leader of the Council and Cabinet Members to give themselves the 2% pay rise this year, given the financial pressures the council (repeatedly) says it's under? Could you perhaps fix a few potholes or something instead?
@ldncabbie1 Not in Harrow, it seems. The two directors will also be eligible for annual pay increases, as they work their way up the 'spine points' to reach 20% over five years (starting April 2022).
Harrow Council today recommends £6k pay rise for two Director roles AND backdating it by 12 months. Both directors are now approaching £110k per year. www2.harrow.gov.uk/ieListDocument…
6% (increase of over £6k each!) pay rise proposed for two Harrow Council Divisional Directors, backdated 12 months. What funding crisis?! www2.harrow.gov.uk/documents/s170…
