@WizardsRespite @dm_unlimited My typical benchmark for balance is 4 players 1 GM. 4 players tend to have a good range of mechanics that can effect an encounter (healing, damage, utility, tanking).

@dm_unlimited Base I can see that. Maybe that actually seems kind of typical. Maybe 4 players + DM is a good place to start balancing system mechanics? Kind of split the difference between 3 and 5?
