REPORT: Jets owner Woody Johnson announces that the team is “seriously considering” a rebrand with the primary goal of moving to Long Island. Johnson believes a new stadium can be built in Long Island by 2029 as they try to branch away from the Giants and embrace a full rebrand.

@NotUhura End of the day is the owner of the team. I appreciate him even though I despise him for many years for making the right decision to finally hire someone good. For years people who hated George Steinbrenner until stick Michael’s built the team in the 90s .

Why are people trying to force Knicks fans to appreciate James Dolan? We don’t. It’s okay. You appreciate him if you want to.

I do agree. However…MetLife only looks like a tin can because of Woody Johnson. I was told that the Mara’s wanted a look similar to Steelers, Eagles, Ravens and consulted with those firms. Woody wanted a say and choose this new look, only to make him happy about the partnership. Location is fine, design is not.

Of the NBA stars with 1 ring - Jalen Brunson, SGA, Joker, Tatum, Giannis, etc - who's most likely to get to 2? Maybe SGA, but I'd put Brunson ahead of the rest. Doubting him is a failing business. He won 2 at Nova in 3 years. Very surprised if he's one & done with the Knicks.
