i let my beta reader use my steam acct to play hundline and they always take the volume right down so every time i play after them i think i've gone deaf for like two minutes

Don’t just say “I liked it” that doesn’t help the author grow. Explain what worked. Was it the dialogue, pacing, or emotional impact? Specific praise shows the writer what to keep and what’s actually connecting with readers.
