I was running a dozen of agents across different projects and drowning in terminal tabs, no idea which one was waiting on me, which had errored, which was done. So we built the thing I wanted: all my agent on multiple infinite canvases, telling me everything I need to know in real time. Genuinely proud of this one.

Introducing CodeGrid! The terminal workspace for AI coding agents. Run dozens of Claude Code another agent sessions in multiple infinite canvases. Drag, resize, and zoom each pane. Status indicators show what every agent is doing, across all workspaces. Native macOS. ~10MB. Open source. codegrid.app

Yes, that's 100% local, one machine, no network, no ports, etc. Each agent runs the bus as a local child process over stdio, the process also then connects the CodeGrid unix domain socket which is a file system socket, which is inherently same machine only And then the CodeGrid app serves that socket and does the work in process and writes bytes straight into the target pane's PTY stdin It's basically all instances and panes inside one running CodeGrid app talking through a local socket. In short, it's awesome.

@iowitz @CodeGridDev this is cool! is the agent bus all local communication between instances running on a single machine?

We have implemented CodeGrid Agent-Bus This is our custom MCP server that allows terminals within the @CodeGridDev platform to interact with each other and reason with each other to basically, get a second opinion. It will be live in the app for beta testing shortly. Some more info can be found on our site: codegrid.app/agent-bus

I wanted to give you guys a quick video showing a glimpse of CodeGrid before you try it yourselves. This is a product I built because I needed it. I’m constantly working across multiple companies, repos, products, and ideas at once, and the old way of managing AI coding agents across a million terminal tabs just doesn’t scale. @CodeGridDev turns your entire dev workflow into an infinite canvas. Every project gets its own workspace. Every workspace can run multiple AI agents side by side, Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT/Codex, Grok, or plain shells, all visible at once. You can drag, resize, zoom, pan, and actually see what every agent is doing across every project instead of losing context every 30 seconds. This is the command center for AI-native builders. The goal is simple: make CodeGrid the most powerful way to build software with AI. @0xDeployer would be great to get your feedback!

@CodeGridDev @iowitz The product that solves a lot of problems. As of now the whales are the traders.. they manipulate the price.. if developers see this and try this product. This could be huge..

@0xTrenchSamurai It's a multi-agent terminal for managing multiple dev projects in one or multiple infinite canvases.

@iowitz Looks like a multi-agent AI coding operating system for developers. I think this is a big deal.

After months of work I am very excited to finally get CodeGrid out to the public The $GRID token, launched on @bankrbot on Base, will serve as the in-app currency for CodeGrid, unlocking premium features via staking, advanced workflows, expanded agent usage, and future utility across the product ecosystem. 3 hours after launch we have almost $1m in volume! The goal is simple: turn CodeGrid into the command center for AI-native software development, with $GRID powering the experience.
