@BethanyClough I recently learned ( from @edyong209’s book An Immense Word) that its because you are not hearing your voice along the bone conducted pathway on a recording.

My goodness, hearing my own voice asking questions on video 😳. If I didn't know it was me, I wouldn't recognize it. I really sound like that?

@HarmsWayChad @PSYCH_HYPE I’ve only sous vide turkey breast not a whole turkey and it turned out pretty good. For my money and time this is my favorite way to cook a turkey seriouseats.com/butterfiled-ro… I do it on the smoker and turns out :chefkiss:

Chapter 10 of my book is *spoilers* a whole tutorial where I walk through designing a web page. I am trying to think of the best type of website to build. ecommerce? Company/informational? Travel site? I do use travel site UI examples throughout the book 🤔
