I woke up and found my mum feeding my 5 month old eba and egusi soup, and the nigha himself was eating with all zealousness. I got angry and carried my baby but this boy started screaming and wailing, and didn’t stop until I gave him back to my mum and she put egusi soup in his mouth. 🤦🏾‍♀️

Discipline is necessary in the military, and the soldier who rode without a helmet committed an offense. Nobody is disputing that. However, discipline and abuse of power are not the same thing. If the offense carries a defined punishment, then apply that punishment and move on. Confiscating someone's bike for almost a year over a helmet violation sounds less like discipline and more like arbitrary punishment. A professional institution is not measured by how harsh it can be, but by how consistently and fairly it applies its rules. The moment punishment depends on the mood, rank, or discretion of an individual, accountability starts to disappear. The soldier was wrong for not wearing a helmet. The MP on duty was wrong for letting him pass. Both should face whatever punishment the regulations prescribe. My issue is when punishment becomes open ended and dependent on who is in charge. If a bike can be impounded for a year over a helmet offense simply because a senior officer is angry, that's not discipline anymore, that's unchecked discretion. Rules should govern people, not personalities.

@smartnakamoura I used to say this but most people don't believe. There is no single code base on my PC that is not using bun. Infact I can never ever use NMP cos it just took slow for me

Once you start using Bun, there is no coming back. NPM is too overrated😏

@fidexcode Companies won't hire back talent because of AI slop. They'll hire back talent who can tell the difference between slop and not.. and there are fewer of those than people think.

Sooner or later, companies and brands will get tired of AI slops and will begin to hire back talents

1st semester 200L (2024) Less than 1 week I resumed, I ran $1k to $8k, I legit stayed up all night in that hostel, 2 days after I moved out …I first sent one test payment to Binance then moved the rest 🥲 I ran it up to 22k that week again, spent some. Ran the rest to $100k (months after) then to zero Yeah 2024 haunted me, and I’m still paying for It. Silly mistakes
