@jmuronis @allie__voss No lol, if you go years and years as an anorexic, it takes a lot of effort to get to a caloric surplus. It feel obscene the amount of food you have to eat.

i’ve been trying to go to the gym and gain weight recently after being anorexic basically my entire life and i never realized how difficult it is to eat 2,000 calories a day. you genuinely just have to not stop eating all day. this is ridiculous

@allie__voss True, but if I’m eating cleanly I struggle to hit my calorie goals, too. It’s been a matter of getting full before reaching that amount. In her case she should be trying for more calorie dense foods.
