I'll be honest
I think Playstation simply ain't moving on pc because they are expecting people to pay 50 dollars or more for year+ old pc ports that are sold for 20-30 dollars physical or got the "Greatest Hits" labels
plus the fact most of the later ports are *bizarrely* bad
