La semana pasada completé el Arizona Monster, un ultramaratón de 500 kms en el desierto con 40k pies de elevación. Aquí un articulo donde reflexiono sobre la carrera, y los principales momentos: combe.xyz/newsletters/un…

Vista en el km 342 del ultramaraton en Arizona, 4o dia seguido corriendo casi sin parar. Aun relativamente bien para las condiciones que ha habido. Cerca de 40° desde las 9am y unas piedras que hacen que rebote el sol por todas partes al correr.

@petervidamia De calor si. Pero en general este es mucho mucho mas dificil. MDS: 250k en 6 etapas durmiendo A300: 500k de 1 tirada (durmiendo entre menos mejor, jaja) Calor si debe ser peor MDS y tambien el tipo de arena. Ya te contaré... Abrazo!

The Woodlands median home price today: $615,000. Katy, a comparable Houston suburb that clear-cut: $375,000. Named #1 community to live in America two years running. Fifty years of data. The trees are worth more than removing them saves. Developers clear-cut anyway because they sell the house once and leave. You live in it for 30 years.
