NAPD seems to be imploding. It’s about time for scrutiny on leadership - or lack thereof. Apparently the Officer-Involved-Shooting Policy at the time of Kelsey’s incident was for the Chief to show up, play grab-ass with “the shooter”, shaking hands and hanging out in the driveway, all while Kelsey is literally fighting for her life in an ambulance 20 feet away. Better yet, why not immediately RE-ARM “the shooter” with your very own Chief gun before any investigation has commenced into why “the shooter” shot his own colleague. Nothing to see here... Sounds like it’s time to go, Chief Gray. Maybe they can replace him with Lt. Daley- the architect of the entire afternoon. He can’t keep control of a scene, but maybe he can control a whole department. Or how about Lt. Whitaker- Justin’s legal advisor from NAPD. Or Sgt. Gherke- the expert on possession, title and ownership of real estate. The options are endless.

In other news, after my doctor's appointment today I was robbed while in line at the H Mart in Somerville. A man started yelling at the nice woman working at counter (who only spoke Spanish), so I started filming to protect her. Then, the man slapped my phone out of hand and left the store. The man then came back into the store, slapped my phone out of my hand again, and then walked down the street with my property in his hand (while a recording was running). I, in turn, used my words to demand he drop the phone. After four blocks --and a few threats to smash the device-- the man threw my phone in a flower bush near the Citizens Bank. Thankfully, some nice passersby were able to call the @SomervillePD (who responded and located the alleged assailant quickly). The man then escaped around the corner, whereupon Somerville police gave chase. The man was located, interviewed and let go (surveillance footage from the H Mart was not immediately available for police review). An investigation remains ongoing and, at the end of the day, I am just glad the women at the H Mart are safe (getting my phone back was a nice bonus, too). Meredith O’Neil did not illegally recorded Aiden Kearney. Aide lied in his affidavit in order to obtain a ETRO against Meredith. The attached video shows that Aiden was recording Meredith in her apartment and he was aware that Meredith was recording him too after Meredith asked him to leave her apartment on several occasions. As this video evidence shows, Meredith left the seating room and went to her bedroom in order for Aiden Kearney to leave. But Aiden refused to leave. Another video evidence on the comment section shows that after Aiden left Meredith O’Neil’s apartment, he refused to leave her building. Aiden can be seen seating on the apartment general staircase creating nuisance by making further recordings. The noise Aiden generated prompted Meredith to once again asked him to leave her building so that she doesn’t get reported by her neighbours. @BradlLawPC an injustice to one is an injustice to all. Can you imagine if Kelsey ever “poked the turtle” (especially as a police officer) and she was going through this, with the blogger doing live streams about her and how “ratchet” she is bc she doesn’t have custody of her child and she can’t afford her house. Plus hundreds of women making fun of her on a daily basis just bc “the blogger said she was ratchet” everyone would be laughing while she’s watching with a gun to her head…. It makes me sick how many people (mostly women) support what he does. What a cruel and sick world we live in.

She wanted to end her pain, not hurt anyone else. The prosecution’s entire case rests on one cop’s word in a bedroom with no body cam, no second witness, and testimony that’s already cracking under cross. This isn’t justice. This is the system failing a mother, a police officer, and a citizen who needed help—not handcuffs and a felony charge. Kelsey deserves an acquittal and her life back. Why is he even there? His testimony is over. He's not on trial (although he should be). Even if he weren't lying, and Kelsey really did aim at him, who on earth celebrates having shot and almost killed another person? That quality is exactly what we should be using to screen people out of the police.

Some people find joy in gardening, while others enjoy bird watching. Karen Read seems to have chosen court proceedings as her passion. It’s a sad reflection when someone realizes they’ll spend their life indoors, hiding behind a computer, avoiding the outside world that loathes her. This hobby is a desperate attempt to salvage a reputation that’s already far beyond repair. You had a chance to restore that reputation Karen, even after you backed into John. You could have saved his life or, at the very least, alerted someone. If it had still ended tragically, accepting responsibility would have greatly lessened the consequences you faced. Instead, you’ve chosen to live as a heartless, miserable bitch, with no regard for others.
