@jthfc96 To be fair, the Surveying company has said they will not take further payment from me as I’ve paid for a Level 3 survey in full. They are chasing the agent/vendor for payment. Date was a week in advance so the agent and vendor were given good notice to have access ready.

1/2 Question for those in property: The Agent/Vendor failed to give the surveyor keys for rear access to the property I am buying so survey couldn’t be completed. Vendor also refusing to give info on access to rear of property as never lived there. He’s a developer…

@panks_79 Unfortunately I think you’re still liable for payment as per the terms of the survey, but I’d have red flags if they’re refusing access…

2/2 Repeat survey being carried out at additional cost. I’m obviously not paying and the agent/vendor also refusing to pay. Survey won’t be released until payment made. Thoughts?
