My airplane is tucked safely away in the hanger at Fort Lauderdale executive airport. I am very happy I am missing all the Super Bowl craziness and watching it from my easy chair.

So the old pilot takes his wife on a trip for her 40th anniversary. Of course during the connecting flight the airplane has a mechanical. 2-4 hour delay. Ironic. The old motto still holds true .....”Time to spare, travel by air”
