This reminds me of the Goodluck era, electricity in my location was very stable, if power went off, it would only take about an hour or so before it was restored. Yet, within that short period of time it was out, people would rush to power their generators, as if allergic to power outage. Then, as Buhari took over, electricity supply dropped significantly and fuel prices were increased, one would’ve thought that the same neighbourhood that couldn’t bear a power outage for about an hour, would start running generators for long hours, but nah, everyone adjusted and began to use it in moderation. And then the coming of the Beast, Tinubu, changed everything. There could be no light for a whole day, despite being on their so-called Band A, and you would not hear a sound of generator anywhere. We now, use it sparingly when it’s most needed. We went from better to bad to worst. We need to get out of this shithole
