On Day 2 & 3 in Uganda @StellarEastAfri , I dedicated both days to intensive one-on-one mentorship sessions with the builders. From morning until late evening, we had deep and thoughtful discussions around their ideas, the problems they are trying to solve, and the impact they want to create. @BuildOnStellar Drawing from my experience as a blockchain engineer and Co-Founder of @choppaddi , I focused on helping them refine and properly align their ideas, clearly define the real problems they are solving, and ensure their solutions are built on a solid technical and product architecture. We also explored system design, scalability, and the importance of building solutions that go beyond just an MVP, but are capable of serving real users and solving meaningful problems. What stood out to me the most was the passion and dedication of the builders. With the right guidance, clarity of thought, and strong foundations, many of these ideas have the potential to grow into impactful solutions for the ecosystem and the broader African tech space. @StellarOrg

During my first session in Uganda @StellarEastAfri , one key point I emphasized to builders @BuildOnStellar was the importance of properly defining a problem and gathering the right requirements before rushing into code. Too often, developers move straight from an idea to building an MVP without taking the time to fully understand the problem they are trying to solve. I explained that designing the right solution usually follows four critical steps: 🔍 Problem – Clearly define the problem you want to solve. 📋 Requirements – Identify your target users and understand their real needs. 🏗️ Architecture – Design a solid technical architecture that can support the solution. 🚀 MVP – Only after these steps should you begin building your minimum viable product. I also stressed that a weakly defined problem will almost always lead to a weak project. When the foundation is not strong, the product will struggle to deliver real value. I strongly emphasize that great solutions start with strong thinking, clear problem definition, well-defined requirements, and thoughtful architecture long before a single line of code is written. @StellarOrg
