@EastMidRailway Hi - my claim was refused again! Uploaded the booking confirmation and received an email saying they are unable to accept this? Who can I contact / email?

@EastMidRailway hi - I am trying to make a delay replay claim for a cancelled train journey on Saturday however I purchased the ticket on Trainline and do not have the required proof when I try and make the claim online?

@EastMidRailway Ok - I select e-ticket and it asks for unique ticket reference which I cannot see anywhere on the confirmation email

@kylebc86 Hi Kyle, you would need to upload a copy of your booking confirmation if you no longer have your ticket. ^AW

@dhlexpressuk took a day of for delivery and now it’s being apparently delivered tomorrow 😤 call and it’s all automated but says to be delivered today? Which is correct
