♦️Breaking News♦️ The Gauteng High Court has ruled in favour of CIC @Julius_S_Malema in the matter against discredited social media commentator Musa Khawula. The High Court has found that Musa Khawula wrote defamatory, untrue and unlawful accusations about the President of the EFF and his wife Ms Mantoa Matlala, regarding their marital status. The High Court has ordered Khawula to pay costs!

I do not agree with Adv Sello Mahlape’s view that Julius Mkhwanazi lied. #MadlangaCommission must consider cultural context. In our culture, terms like step or half family are rarely used. Family is viewed broadly, so this should not be treated as misrepresentation or contempt.

Let's chat - it's okay to disagree: What prevented Julius Mkhwanazi to specify that it's his step mom that passed ? Yes in our culture, that title is viewed as foreign but considering that this is a judicial platform, surely he could have just been specific? #MadlangaCommission

@MnisiNkosikhona That is his mother. We don't have step parents as black people. The commission and law need to align itself with the norms and traditions of Africans. Besides, Julius has a life outside the commission. He has a family
