Today’s the day—our Dubai Chocolate Bar Ice Cream has arrived. Built from our house chocolate, packed with rich chocolate chunks, and swirled with pistachio cream and crispy kataifi pastry dough, this one is unlike anything we’ve ever made.

Our Pint Sale is happening tomorrow, Sunday August 3rd, at Lake Effect in Lockport from 8 AM to 2 PM. This is your chance to stock up on your favorite flavors, and maybe some of the flavors of the week that you missed! We recommend coming early for the best selection!

Buffalo Cheerio is this week’s flavor of the week!   We take Frosted Cheerios and coat them with a secret recipe sweet coating. We then stir them into our sweet cream ice cream creating a frozen, sweet and crunchy masterpiece. Get it while you can!

When you walk out of the ice cream freezer at the ice cream shop and outside actually feels colder than the freezer, it’s time to close for the day.   We are closing both of our scoop shops tonight. We will be closed tonight due to the weather.   Please be careful out there!

Introducing our new flavor, “Englishman in New York”! A sweet Ghirardelli chocolate ice cream, infused with Earl Grey tea. And then topped off with rich fudgy chunks throughout. This weeks flavor of the week launches on Monday and will go for one week only! Go Bills!

Our custom hand-made ice cream scoops are now fully restocked at the Lockport shop.   I was able to get some amazing new woods and resin blocks to create some really unique ice cream scoops. Each is absolutely one of a kind.

Starting this Monday, we will have one brand new flavor every week at both of our scoop shops! One new flavor, every week, all winter long! So get ready, we have some great new flavors for you to try with us. It all starts this Monday! It’s never too cold for ice cream!

It’s time for some much needed rest on a wonderful Christmas Eve night. Our Lake Effect Christmas tree is full of beautiful handmade ornaments and our friend and amazing local photographer, Jeff Tracy, perfectly captured the Christmas beauty of the outside of our Lockport shop.
