This is my first time being in a department led by a woman of color, that was also ~50% run by people of color, and was actually having big department huddles where we discuss diversity, equity, and inclusion. Not just in entertainment, but in my entire working history. I’m 35.

Anyone else gotten caught doing something embarrassing & found out exactly how few fucks you give? So freeing.

Had a dream last night that was 1/2 sex dream, 1/2 D&D game. Good to know my subconscious and I are on the same page.

I’m going to try to work on a lil internship project that involves developing and marketing TV adaptations of great books/comics/series. Do you have faves that you’d love to see on TV? Nerdy, crime, dark stuff is especially helpful.

It’s straight up disturbing how many silver lake people are willing to keep this pandemic going just so they can spend too much on an IPA in a parking lot. The rest of us are trying to go back to our lives and not, ya know, kill people.
