So make it right. You say you will when I arrive at LAX but you can’t even make a simple upgrade to a first class cabin . What you do is offer me a stale sandwich. We are people! We have faces! My daughter will never get this special day we planned back

I have missed my day off with my 2 girls. You say you want to help but can’t find a better option. Here is what I would like to make my day a tiny bit better. Seat 1A and 6F. I already paid for economy plus on my 6:15 am flight so that’s not an upgrade

@AmericanAir HAPPY LABOR DAY! will spend it away from my 2 kids who expected to spend the day with mom. SO UN AMERICAN !DCA -LAX 7:15am flight has now become a DCA -Phoenix-LAX arriving at 9:45pm! A day stolen! A holiday. Oh sad joke 2 separate seats and given boarding class 8
