I used to think the hardest part of building a business was getting customers. It’s actually learning what not to build. Every unnecessary feature costs time, money, and momentum.

Most people think AI will replace jobs. I think it’ll replace businesses that refuse to adapt. Big difference.

The biggest mistake I made building software: Adding features because they sounded impressive. The best features came directly from customer conversations.
