@JerodMcDaniel @corn_porkNbeans @usuallystuck70 Same for me. I remember people having negative test scores in that Intro class. I think they used him to weed people out. Had him again my senior year and he was a completely different person.

@lpstinchcomb @corn_porkNbeans @usuallystuck70 Yep, that’s the one I didn’t like him when I took the Ag Econ 1 class, it was rough, but when I had him for ag futures and options he was much more laid back and conversational from a teaching standpoint.

Nobody tells you this about farming: You can nail the agronomy, the method, the purchasing the marketing, the timing, the whole plan…and it can all be ripped away from so many factors outside of your control. That alone is a mind fvck.

@bradlyklatt @iamyourfarmer 20 years ago I bought a JD 9200 from Minnesota only to find out it originated out of Wynne Arkansas. Pulled the new air filters out to see the intake was full of delta mud. It was still under JD warranty and ran a full season until the motor cratered, 100 hrs out of warranty.

Good grief, here is a cheap auction price of a tractor from Arkansas CAN YOU BELIEVE IT!!….almost every tractor auction no matter the brand that occurs in Arkansas goes for way less than it would in Iowa. Because no one wants to buy a tractor from Arkansas.

@ArtSchultheis Does the Anthem Flex effect the germination of the unsprouted seed? We use Anthem a lot down here with good results but were always told that the wheat needed to be germinated before application.
