If there is one thing that I learnt and started practicing from one of the books that I have read, it is this👇🏻 “The brain resists starting, not continuing. Your motivation increases during the task not before the task. All you need to do is to convince yourself to start.” Today, I challenge you to choose that task that you have been resisting even when you know it’s important to you. I personally finally took on walking 3 Kilometers a day, all I need to do every day is just start the walk, sometimes I really be feeling low and lazy and I say to myself, “I will just walk 1 kilometer”, but when I start walking, I actually end up doing the 3 kilometers and even more.
