@RaiderHoncho I get what you are saying. The difference is a player playing in one system for 3 years versus a player playing in a system for the first time. Stidham had 2 TD and 4 INT’s before this year playing in that system. Carr first year in a systems always struggles. Numbers don’t lie.

I got killed for 2 seasons for saying DC wasn’t the raiders “biggest” issue, the D was. so you replace Carr with a QB that played great, and we still lose while blowing another lead. so what was the raiders biggest issue? don’t bring up his $ cuz that ain’t happen till this yr.
