Imagine having a billion dollars and hiring a trainer that lets you do half rep pull-ups with the band around your feet??? Training like that will NEVER result in being able to do full unassisted pull-ups. And band around both feet is dumb. Have seen many people fall and hurt themselves like this. Around 1 foot or 1 knee is appropriate if you're going to use the band assist at all.
