PSA this was the position I slept in a few years ago where upon waking up and walking to the bathroom, I sat on the toilet then realized I couldn't stand at all. I couldnt put any pressure on my legs or walk without excruciating lower back pain and needed to go to the doctor for muscle relaxers. my back was incredibly stiff and painful for two weeks and tho it did eventually recover, but I never slept in this position again.
