Our 10 days in the Midwest come to a close. Now we move on to Texas for the next part of our great US World Cup Road Trip 🇺🇸
Things I’ve learnt along the way:
- Your weather is not to be messed with
- Your sunsets are stunning
- Your beer is fantastic
- Your barbecue is delicious
- Your scenery is beautiful
- Folk have STRONG opinions on barbecue and gas prices
- Biscuits and gravy are definitely
NOT scones and mushrooms
But above all… the people are amazing, true salt of the earth folk and remind me of back home in Yorkshire (a high compliment)
Thank you Midwesterners 🤍

@cookiebuttblue @GangsterCinema De Niro is famously stupid with no personality.
Get it now?

@LUFC1992_v2 Craziest part too is that Texas is largely considered the worst state in the union. Nobody else likes them.

@joncoopertweets You found the despicable cabal that is responsible for most of our federal debt, thousands of service members maimed or killed in wars and entry of millions of illegal immigrants.
Trump would not want to be seen with these losers, and good for him.
God bless President Trump!!!

Let me get this straight.
CNN has spent more energy investigating algae in the DC Reflecting Pool than they spent on:
- Billions in Minnesota Medicaid fraud
- California's third-world election counts
- Crimes by illegal aliens
- The COVID cover-up
- Federal investigations into Democrat officials
Pond scum gets the full investigative treatment.
Massive fraud against the American taxpayer? Crickets.
This is EXACTLY why nobody trusts the retards in legacy media anymore.

This is what decades of anti-American messaging produces.
It’s why Charlie started TPUSA: to push back against the radicalization of Americans and remind them that this country is worth being proud of.

Poll on voters who say they’re extremely or very proud to be an American: 2001: GOP: 90% DEMS: 85% 2026: GOP: 90% DEMS: 29%

The United States is the last beacon of hope on the planet because of our Second Amendment.
They know this and are trying to inch away at our fundamental rights to keep and bear arms.

Do any Democrats feel silly yet about painting Donald Trump as the most dangerous man in the world?
Here we are, six years into Trump's presidency, and we are not seeing anything remotely close to the hysterical doom-mongering predicted.
No concentration camps. No mass violations of human rights. No atrocities. No censorship. No Nazism. No fascism. No authoritarianism.
Radical leftists say whatever they want, including defaming Trump and his supporters as "fascists," "Nazis," and "racists."
We have 95% negative coverage in the "mainstream media," which fail to note any successes in curbing inflation, unleashing energy, restoring law and order, regaining control of the border, and creating jobs.
The worst thing the left can accuse Trump of — beyond "mean tweets" and rudeness to his ruthless enemies — is he is deporting illegal aliens.
Illegal aliens who have no right to be in this country. Under law. Passed by Congress. Laws that predate the Trump presidency and were enforced under prior presidencies.
That's the best you've got?
So, thanks for nothing. Your unhinged melodrama, endless hoaxes, and countless lies about one man, your President of the United States, is one of the most shameful and divisive episodes in American history.
Grow up. You all look like a bunch of fools.

@NorahsDaddy @Sports_Spectrum @Jslavin74 The bible is a fantastic book and is a blueprint for navigating life in the best way possible.
Open your mind versus being in a bubble with dipsticks.
Amazing that people trash things they know nothing of, and think they are the smart ones.
English

@marsten145 @Sports_Spectrum @Jslavin74 I genuinely asked the question because we see and hear so many relying on the bible. Swearing on the bible. Mike Johnson said he lives by it so that's why we collectively scratch our heads. Well, one reason.

“I lay it at the feet of Jesus and give Him all the glory.”
This is AWESOME! Jaccob Slavin @Jslavin74 is a Stanley Cup champion. But he knows where the true victory is found and points to Jesus after their clinching Game 6 win.

When my oldest was born, they refused to let me hold her because her oxygen levels were low. But I was persistent, and they eventually relented, allowing her to lay on my chest until the NICU nurse came to roll her away. When the nurse arrived, I asked that they check her oxygen levels one more time before taking her. They did. Oxygen: 100%. Perfect. The nurse shrugged and left. Our baby girl was healthy. She just needed me. My heartbeat, my warmth, my touch. She needed her mom.
Stories like this aren’t rare. Newborns need their moms to regulate their oxygen and heart rate. That’s why, when at all possible, most doctors and hospitals give baby to mom right away.
We know this when it comes to normal births, but when it comes to surrogacy - especially the kind when two men are purchasing a baby from a woman - the baby is immediately and intentionally taken away from his or her mom and given to two strangers. It is not surprising that these babies often undergo complications post-birth. Beyond that, we don’t fully know the physiological and psychological effect of robbing babies of their mothers at birth.
It’s worse treatment than we give puppies and kittens, but when it’s for “inclusion,” it’s celebrated.
Adoption is one thing - it redeems a broken situation. But surrogacy is another - it intentionally creates the broken situation.
Babies’ needs will always matter more than adults’ wants.

@NorahsDaddy @Sports_Spectrum @Jslavin74 Christians base their faith on the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Stories like Noah's Ark are important biblical narratives, but not the foundation or cornerstone. There a sideline debates about the stories like it, still recognizing the meaning.
Atheist mush.
English

@marsten145 @Sports_Spectrum @Jslavin74 Not meaning to be rude. But the idea, that pairs of every animal climbed on a big wooden boat, that there was a talking donkey, a woman turned into a pillar of salt, a sea parted by some guy in a toga, amongst many other things readily believed, does indeed, boggle my mind.
