ai art is just unethical in general for people who are trained without consent so both of them are still big issues if you are gonna use them i would also not use any of the generations for anything serious At All. limit it to only inspiration if you do...

i wouldnt put my art in either simply because i do not like my art being defaced by the bot making it look ugly.. i put my sona and it tried making it into a rich girl from the 1800's

people are confusing QQ's AI tos for meitu's... the QQ one is okay to use but the meitu AI will use whatever you give the program for its machine learning and whatnot
