He was convicted of three counts of rape, three counts of sexual assault, and one count of sexual assault by touching a child. The court heard that he plied the victim with drugs and alcohol before carrying out the abuse. The offences took place between 2006 and 2009, both at the school where he taught and at his home. The boys biological mother Sarah Davey aged 42 is a notorious murderer who killed an elderly woman as a teenager in 1998 and Preston was taken from her care shortly after birth.
