The best decision a coach or consultant can make is increasing the leverage of their business model. If you sell your time you'll always be capped. Instead productize your knowledge and make it scalable. It's the highest leverage move you can make. do it.

Most start a business to not work for a boss and selling their time, just to start a DFY service business, working for someone else selling their time.
