And this is how it ends. I tell my kids they can’t use the word hate because it’s too strong. But I gotta say, I’m feeling more than angry and frustrated and gobsmacked by @CanRevAgency and their deplorable customer service. Please someone give me a word other than hate.

@mereycontrary @delilah20071 Funny you say that, I could have sworn Agent #2 said they would usually call me back, but there was someone available to talk to me now...before putting me on hold for 2+ hours...

For 2.5 hours, @CanRevAgency has implored me to “please hold, an agent will be with you as soon as possible.” With each passing minute, I fear I too will have my call abruptly dropped, as many have reported, as apparent hackers go to town with my identity.
