The antisemitism case against comedian Reginald Hunter has been thrown out in remarkably contemptuous terms. Striking how often when an impartial and conscientious judge looks closely at these cases they are appalled by the sheer dishonesty (see also the rulings in favour of Michael Rosen and James Wilson in 2024 and the University and College Union in 2013) "The Campaign Against Antisemitism have demonstrated by the misleading and partial way in which it summarised its application and its wilful, repeated, failure to meet its disclosure obligations, that its true and sole motive in seeking to prosecute Reginald Hunter is to have him cancelled .... I have no doubt that the prosecution is abusive ... My view of the conduct of the CAA is consistent with them as an organisation which is not 'playing it straight' but is seeking to use the criminal justice system, in this case for improper reasons." Lebanese here. Israel destroyed our house in 1976, I was five. We were ethnically cleansed to another town. Israel destroyed our home again in 1982, I was 11. We escaped with our life and rebuilt our home. Israel destroyed it again in 2024. No one believes your lies.
