@Etanarachel Yeah the doctors give really harsh tapering advice. They think you can stop them in 2 weeks. I do not miss being on and off SSRIs. Good luck everybody!!!

If you no longer wish to take SSRIs you can generally just say to your psychiatrist "I want to start tapering off of these" and as long as you're not suicidal they'll help you.

Is it bad to admit that despite thinking it was all bullshit I actually enjoyed covid lockdowns spending lots of time hanging at home, going out with friends to skate or go hiking, and traveling cheap? If we ever had another lockdown (which I obviously hope we don’t) I would probably have a really great time again.
